Got the roll bar and some other parts back from the shot blasters the other day, so set about giving the roll bar and seat brackets a coat of black paint.

Also set about sanding down and priming the rear bulkhead too at the same time.

Today I set about finishing the bulkhead mods and made a removable upper panel.

Quick test fit to make sure I got the folds right.

Cutting and shaping the passenger side to clear the demister hose route.

Tidy up on the bench, Nuts have been welded on too as so the lower panel can be bolted up to it. (i'll admit the welds really don't look pretty as I'm having few issues with getting parts for my welder at the mo)

Followed by tidying up the front panel, and priming all the parts that I'v been working on.

And to finish off the day, a coat of "Tet special brown" on the bulkhead tunnel, footwells and rear light brackets.

Can I combine 24 volts, 9.00's and an Tdi!!!!
