After Christmas shopping yesterday and a few garden jobs today I finally managed to make a small start on Ralph  :Dancing-Chilli1group: After a quick pressure wash underneath the wing was off

Got a new out skin to go on, courtesy of the Dogs Home via Vinny so hoping the rest will straighten out ok. Looks like there might be a very very very slight twist inwards on the bulkhead door pillar but not 100% sure though

Also managed to open both doors now after cutting part of the roof rack off and twisting the gutter up to clear the door top, both of which I can now close the windows on  :Dancing-Chilli1group: but the bottom of the drivers door now has a brand new replacement awaiting paint from a big parts supplier which was kindly spotted and brought down to me by the Gadgets too  wdesmle

Got home from work yesterday to find the new heated screen had arrived already  Celbrt so today I dug out Batty Wagons old screen as the passenger side is still ok so firstly set about getting rid of all the old green paint

Old screen out

Dry fit to see how much of a gap there is top and bottom

Sealed and fitted in the frame

The cables just loop out the top of the screen retainer

Next job was to remove the old screen from Ralph, top bolts were already off (as so I could open and close the doors after the roll) passenger side hinge bolt came out with ease but the drivers side was a bugger  trid

Ta-da  wdesmle

After wiring it up and bolting it in place I replace the wing with its new outer panel and all the intercooler and air filter hose work too  wdesmle
