Got home from work yesterday to find the new heated screen had arrived already  so today I dug out Batty Wagons old screen as the passenger side is still ok so firstly set about getting rid of all the old green paint

Dry fit to see how much of a gap there is top and bottom







Sealed and fitted in the frame



The cables just loop out the top of the screen retainer



Next job was to remove the old screen from Ralph, top bolts were already off (as so I could open and close the doors after the roll) passenger side hinge bolt came out with ease but the drivers side was a bugger   



Ta-da 



After wiring it up and bolting it in place I replace the wing with its new outer panel and all the intercooler and air filter hose work too
