All the right bits, but not necessarily in the right order.

still need to paint a roof and wheels at some point but wanted to get the roof on for now as the weather as ever is **** and didn't fancy driving down to the lro show and running the risk of getting wet.

Has been burning oil for a while then the other day it started missfiring and there was oil bubbling out of the exhaust manifold.
Either the head gasket/or rings but no water in oil and there was pressure coming out of the oil filler so thought it would be rings. And it is.

Brian did that sort of thing, the head gasket had gone twixt three and four.

Diesel but similar symptoms.

Went like excrement from an entrenching tool for a while, though.

When everything got pressurised, oil was coming out of every available orofice.
All the right bits, but not necessarily in the right order.

Atleast its cheap and easy to fix. And gives me an excuse to clean and paint the engine bay.
