It will be getting a coat waterproof pva before it gets covered 4 way stretch carpet.
I finally got round to fitting the B&G Radiator blind I got a couple of years ago.

nice blind, not something you see very often, the ones i have seen in the past were always fitted at the front of the rad to prevent air flow for fast warm up in cold weather? is yours fitted at the back due to space

I couldn’t fit it in front because of the inter cooler. Having it behind isn’t ideal but the tdi runs so cold I need something really
