Also a touch more progress with the "veranda" as well, a couple of supports and it should be sorted

Those pink mud flaps are more than ebay rare now as there is no one else in country to make them now myself and Richard have new jobs.

Spot on, we need to design a uniform to go with it.

Just about ready for the MOT tomorrow now
this week (as mentioned else where on here) I made a new steering wheel centre at work as all we we had was the toothy clawey bit and found out one the wheel chair lock spreader plates is the same size
just needed to weld up the holes, grind back and paint and Bob's your fathers brother!
Then spent the evenings finishing off getting rid of all the old flakey paint from the
plate wing tops
And then today after work fitted the new bonnet catches (repro Jeep ones as they were cheaper then proper ones though) and scraped all the paint off the windows as Sara didn't want to mask up for some reason

Failed the MOT today
front brakes where playing up so after we got home got Sara to pump like mad on the pedal to make sure all the air was out as I bleed and adjusted them again
Whilst we were out though we got some bits for some tunes for Batty Wagon as well and made a start on getting it all measured up etc for cutting and fitting things in place
And Sara did some patchwork on the inner roof too!

More progress on the veranda tailgate to start the day off, made some slip on clamps to help hold it in place when its unfolded and then removed it to give a coat of wood stain to help protect it.
Then things happened very quickly with the tunes set up!!!
Made use of an existing hole at the back for the ariel.
And got the drivers side step fitted for Sara too after the help from here telling me how it fits on

This afternoon Sara took Batty Wagon for the retest and we are now taxed and tested
Still a few bits to do but at least we can now drive to Birmabright and sleep at night too lol so this weeks I applied the anti slip pads to the fold out dog ramp.
And made some legs to support the "veranda" too.
Ordered a few lights for under the awning and inside Batty Wagon too so made a start on a pod to hold the switches and charging ports this evening too.
