Finally worked out how to upload images
So this is my 1980 S3 88" Station wagon 2.25 petrol. Purchased late last year and it's been my daily driver since, it's an ongoing project. Trying to keep it as original as I can, but I do rather like the 8 spoke wheels

Green with 'Envy' Safari's should all be that colour - been thinking about how much of a pain it would be to change mine

Lovely.
I do like that green.
What's the Rover name for it?

Thanks for the nice comments, she's mostly original apart from the wheels and the seats. Which are exmoor trim replacements, with forward facing seats in the rear.
I'm not 100% sure on the proper name for the color to be honest. Light green, lime green, the other green, they're all names I've heard used for it! But i do prefer this green to the bronze green.

Went to a pay and play site today, and quite massively underestimated one of the climbs. So I got stuck halfway and had to get winched out. Then this happend:
Apparently the front chassis wasn't as strong as I first though it was

Still got quite a way to go...,

Assessment the damage to the front chassis
Continuing the cleanup of the interior:
Renewing the rocker cover gasket after resetting the valve clearance, the gasket needed a little fettling:
Looking much better now:

There's no damage to any of the body panels, but there's an expensive growling sound coming from the lower end of the engine, but only at high rpms (over 3000rpm) and only when under load. Not really sure what it is though? Possibly the crank?
