Thanks for the words of encouragement guys. Great idea on having the chassis stamped. Will make sure thats done. Good idea on adding the number plate.

The camera is full of pick. I have also tried to bag up all the nuts bolts washers etc that relate to each bit I take off. I think the old girl has been rebuild in the past at some point and the PO has put her together with a mish mash of bolts of various sizes.

Just forward planning to the day I re-assemble.......would anyone recommend using all stainless nuts and bolts? If not what would you recommend? I dont ever intend taking her apart again but it has got to be easier than tackling all those rusted bastards with overly long threads.

Bulkhead is solid enough....thinking of doing an Ashtree galvanised job on it. Many pennies to save however.

Will post more picks as work progresses.
