Could do with a bit of advice chaps.

I've just removed the angle irons that a previous owner has removed that bolted the wings on and the bulkhead mounts are cream crackered. They have previously been repaired by the look of it.

My intitial plan was to send both the chassis and bulkhead away for shotblasting. I'm now considering whether to repair first what I can while it's in situ, such as repairing the door pillars while the bulkhead is still in situ so I can line the doors up with the tub and doing the same for the rear crossmember.

This is what I recently did with Daisy and the doors fit even better! Craddocks sell complete door pillars. After I have repaired what I can, I'd get them blasted, do any further welding revealed and get them galvanised.

I do not wish to send them away for specialist repair, even though I am doing this with the wings.

All thoughts welcome!
