big thank you's to all who came - and a huge thank you to hotchy for the use of his 'front garden' and the quarry and for his top local knowledge

Finally and as usual for me, a few photos of the event, also my thanks to all who contributed to a fantastic weekend, you know who you are !! Alston area and especially nenthead was a place frequented by me (and others) with the red winch I use as an avatar, for close on 25 years, it was good to be back and to see my son driving his own landrover, ah how time flies !!

The campsite, thanks Hotchey, what a view to wake up to, bet your wife thought you had been invaded by Gypsies

Out on the lanes

Steve wondering when he was going to get his Landrover back

Hey, you are not my regular driver, but hell its better than walking !!

Profs station wagon

A bit of shade on a hot day

Another moded station wagon

Lunch stop

Don't forget me !!

"Peter" the clock, one of 4 that used to be in the London lead companies clock tower in nenthead

So a great time and great company, thanks all    wdesmle
