Leafers a beach 2016....THE PICTURES
« on: April 10, 2016, 03:34:46 pm »
First and foremost A BIG BIG thanks to all of those that came along and joined us... Wouldn't be the same without you all, nice to see lots of new faces and hopefully we  haven't put you off joining us again.
Apologies for the snow on Saturday morning and the sunburn on Sunday   shckd.

Big thanks for all those that helped in various different ways with cooking and cleaning up and packing away it's a massive help believe me and we couldn't manage what we do without everyone else helping.

This leafers a beach was a little more chaotic than usual as we had a new hound along so needed to be in 5 different places at same time lol.

Lastly things were so chaotic that we didn't manage to get round with the raffle ticket books to collect money for food for Friday/Saturday nights....

So I'd very much appreciate if those that partook of the scran could pay by PayPal to prevent me having to eat crackers and cheese for the rest of the month lol.

The cost was a very reasonable  Pzzabx £5 per head per night....
kids eat free (though no dressing up as kids for a discount ;-) )

My PayPal address is mistericeman2002@yahoo.co.uk.

If you could include a note please so we can cross names of Ze list.
Obviously any excess will go into forum funds to keep us add free etc.

Many thanks folks and let's see some pictures... Cause I took hardly any lol.

Thanks all for a fab weekend. Name on top of next years list already. I will make sure I'm ready for all 4 seasons in one day next time. Pack thick jumpers, long johns and shorts and flip flops.

Nice to put names to faces. Now I'm aware of forum camp etiquette I won't need to pack so much grub and I will partake in the group BBQs next time.
Right, time to get cleaned up and empty the sand out of everything.

Thanks again.

Howum safe after a great weekend.

Fantastic to get to know friends a little better, meet new friends and put names to faces.

Thanks for the carb, axle case, freewheel hubs and banter.

Thanks to Viamphe and Sonia for the convoy escort.

THnks to Icey and Tracey for holding it all together.

I will try to work out how to get photo's off my phone thing and into photobukkit
All the right bits, but not necessarily in the right order.

I didnt realise that was you in the 109! Was wondering who you were on here haha! I wouldnt say leading more a case of several wrong turns leading to scenic detours haha

I don't like to think of them as wrong turns.... More like scenic detours.

Awesome!!!
Got back after a 5 hour drive, shattered, but ready to do it all over again. Fantastic weekend of Leafer related fun in a fantastic setting. A huge thanks to Icey for organising it and to everyone for making me feel so welcome! I will be back again for sure next year, if not sooner.
I do have a few pictures, mostly of FUD, but I'll have a look tomorrow, see if anything is worth posting.
Cheers
