Again, taken from the LRSOC forum......

"Just phoned the number on the advert on the original post and spoke with Louise.
She said it was something new they were trying to drum up interest. I asked why LR's and not Minis or VW's etc and she said that the owner had a LR and that they were out in the sticks so expected it to be a popular decision.
She said that they were running a BBQ and hot drinks. She said that they had a total of 80 parking spaces spread over two car parks and that the main car park would be reserved for LR's.
She was hoping for a wide range of vintages and was hoping that mostly older vehicles would attend.
She took my number and asked what I might be bringing and said she would phone me back. She did say if anyone is thinking of attending that you should phone up and ask for Louise or Chris to book a parking space."

Its on Sunday afternoon - so you campers may be able to fit it in?

I know Ian, but as its on Sunday afternoon, although I don't know what time you will be finished, there may not be a conflict....?
