Why’s it relocating ?
Yes, come on, spill the beans. 
Things have changed at the National Coal Mining Museum over the years that LATP has been held there. Quite rightly, they are doing what is best for them to attract more visitors and create more income.
Unfortunately a lot of it is incompatible with a load of old Land Rovers - the children's sandpit in the middle of show field being the most obvious example.
It wasn't an easy decision to make but we felt it was time for a change. The AVLR has a great site and the volunteers are very excited about us being there. Also,
all of their funding comes from donations, so it will be great to be able to raise money for them.
