I'm not sure re the MVT membership Gossamer. We'll confirm whether you need to bring proof of insurance a bit closer to the time. I know it's pretty standard for most events now.

The MVT memebrship now has insurance for shows built in to it.

I'm insured through Adrain Flux anyway, maybe Dan would like to comment.
