Hi folks,
I can now officially declare the 2018 camping list OPEN!
Camping is £15 donation per unit for the weekend with all proceeds going to the National Coal Mining Museum. We're allowed on site from Friday midday until Monday afternoon (when the museum closes) so this covers you for all three nights. The camping fee includes your day entry to the show.
In order to apply for a place, please send me the following information either in an email (to leafersattpit@gmail.com) or in a PM (to MissB):
1 - Name
2 - Forum name (if applicable)
3 - Reg plate
4 - E-mail address/contact telelphone number
5 - Are you stopping in a tent/caravan/motor?
6 - Would you like food? If so, how many people in your party will need catering for on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday?
7 - Are there any special requirements that we need to know about, either food wise or generally?
Can I please ask that you don't send me a message on Facebook (even if you're a friend) as they're quite difficult to keep track of and it means things are fair for everyone.
I will do my best to reply to you all as soon as possible, but please bear with me (especially in the first 48 hours) as I'll have a lot of messages. To make everything fair, I'll reply to you to confirm whether you've got a place and to give you a 'camping number'. Once places are full, I'll open up a reserve list and will try my best to get people places where I can. If you've got any questions then just shout.
Now that all of that is out of the way... let the fun begin!
