It was mentioned on the S2Club site, but will be in the archives since the new site became live.

Yep, well we will be turning up either way  ;D

here's the camping list thread, looks like you may have already sent an email for a camping spot? http://seriouslyseries.createaforum.com/leafers-at-the-pit-latp-august-2022/leafers-2023-camping-list-is-open!/msg64116/#msg64116

we also had an email yesterday (sun 13 aug) mentioning a change of phone number for the organisers of the event. it may be worth saving in your phone :)

I don't do facebook either (but have an instagram?!) haha

anyway cheers

Taken from S2 club site.

Leafers at T'Pit 2023

The next LATP will be held on August Bank Holiday 2023 at Apedale Valley Light Railway, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs. The show will be held on the Saturday and Sunday (with a limited amount of camping available from the Friday to the Monday). The usual laid back atmosphere; no booking required for day visits and exhibitors, just turn up with your leafer! All proceeds from the show go to the Apedale Valley Light Railway. In the evenings there is usually the opportunity for photographs with the engines out on the field and to have a go at driving the locos for a small donation.

Usual rules apply:
 - No trailer queens - vehicles to arrive under their own power!
 - Leaf-sprung vehicles only
 - Fixed camping price of £20 per vehicle however many nights you stay
 - BBQ on the Saturday night and draught ale available each evening
 - Limited camping spaces and very, very limited caravan and motorhome spaces (please note the caravan and MH spaces are not on the camping field)
 - Autojumblers welcome
Many Regards
