H&S hadn't been properly invented then had it, but what a blast from the past mate, I remember going there as a kid to see the lions. I think it was used as a rally stage as well...............after the lions had gone of course wdesmle

Nice old pic...... Do you know, my first Land Rover was a 1960/1 bronze green SWB with a truck cab and a metal frame in the back just like that???? It didn't have mesh in but there were holes in the frame??? Was told it came from a Manor House some where, can't remember now??? The frame had been modified with gun mounts welded on top, was told the Lord of the manor use to stand in the back shooting pesants while his driver did the rounds of the grounds...... Should never had sold it, was mint with the odd little character dint rbchn
